About Roofing Lynwood: Roofers Who Look Past the Shingles
We're a Lynwood roofing company led by an owner with 40 years of roofing experience. We repair, inspect and replace roofs on homes across the area. We also pay attention to what your roof does for the rooms below it, including how warm they get and what they cost to keep comfortable.

How We Work on Your Home
Most calls start with one problem: a stain on the ceiling, a few loose shingles, a gutter spilling over the porch. We fix that problem first. While we're up there, we also check what most people never see. Can the attic breathe? Are the vents blocked or missing? How much heat is the roof holding onto on a summer afternoon?
That habit comes from four decades on roofs. An attic that traps heat makes your air conditioner run longer, and it bakes the underside of the shingles so the roof ages faster. Sometimes the fix is as simple as clearing a vent or adding intake at the eaves. Sometimes a lighter shingle or tile makes sense when it's time to replace. We tell you which is which, and we tell you plainly when a change won't make much difference to your bills.
We are a licensed roofing contractor, CSLB 1092407 (C-39), and we're insured. Our estimates are free and written out line by line. If you're dealing with an insurance claim, we work directly with it and explain what we found. Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval. Se habla español, so you can talk with us in English or Spanish.

What You Can Expect From Us
An inspection before an opinion
Your free roof inspection covers the surface, the flashing, the gutters and the attic. We take photos so you can see what we saw. Then we explain it in everyday words before anyone talks about price.
Repair when repair will hold
Plenty of roofs have good years left. If a targeted roof repair will do the job, that's what we recommend. When the decking is soft or the underlayment has failed across the whole roof, we show you why roof replacement is the better use of your money.
Comfort counted in the plan
Ventilation, insulation at the eaves and roof color all affect how hot your home gets. We point out the changes that can lower cooling costs and skip the ones that only add to the bill.
A tidy yard every evening
We cover plants, protect the driveway and sweep the yard with a magnet for stray nails before we leave each day.
Lynwood and the Towns Around It
Lynwood is home base, and our crews regularly drive out to South Gate, Downey, Compton, Bellflower, Paramount, Huntington Park, Bell Gardens, Bell, Florence-Graham and Westmont. The distance doesn't change how we work. Someone climbs up, looks over the roof and the attic, and you end up with pictures of the trouble spots and a price laid out on paper. Older houses that still have their original attic vents are often where a closer look at airflow does the most for summer comfort. The Service Areas page has more on each town.
