Gutters in Lynwood, Installed and Repaired to Drain the Way They Should
We install and repair gutters that move water off your roof and away from your home. That means no overflow soaking the eaves, no sagging runs and no puddles against the foundation. We check the roof edge at the same visit, so the fix works as one system.

What Good Gutters Do for Your Home
Gutters have one job: catch the water coming off your roof and send it somewhere harmless. When they sag, leak at the seams or clog, that water spills over the edge instead. It soaks the fascia board, stains the stucco and pools along the slab or crawlspace.
Because we are a roofing company, we look at gutters as part of the roof edge. The drip edge, fascia and the last course of shingles or tile all decide whether water lands in the gutter or behind it. We are a licensed roofing contractor, CSLB 1092407 (C-39), and we fix the whole edge when that is what the problem needs.
There is a comfort side to this too. Water that overflows into the eaves can wet the insulation at the edges of your attic, and damp insulation holds heat poorly. Keeping that edge dry helps your attic stay as efficient as it was built to be.
What Our Gutter Work Includes
- One-piece gutter runs
- We roll each gutter from a coil of aluminum right at your home and cut it to fit the wall it hangs on. Joints fall only at the corners, which leaves far fewer spots for water to drip through.
- Sizing for your roof
- Big, steep roof planes shed more water in a hard rain than a standard 5-inch gutter can carry. We measure each section and suggest a 6-inch gutter with wider downspouts only on the parts of the roof that send down that much runoff.
- Proper pitch and hangers
- We set a slight, steady slope toward each downspout and fasten hidden hangers into solid wood at close spacing. That keeps standing water out and keeps the run from pulling away.
- Repairs and resealing
- Leaking end caps, open corner seams, loose spikes and bent sections can often be fixed without replacing the whole system. We tell you plainly when a repair will hold.
- Fascia and drip edge check
- If the board behind the gutter is soft, new gutters will not stay put. We replace rotted fascia and add or correct drip edge so water lands in the gutter, not behind it.
- Downspouts that carry water away
- We place downspouts where they drain best and add extensions or splash blocks so water moves away from your walls and foundation.
Signs Your Gutters Need Attention
Overflow during a steady rain
When water pours over the front lip, the usual causes are debris blocking the run, a gutter undersized for the roof section feeding it, or a slope that tilts away from the downspout. We pin down the real cause before suggesting a fix.
Sagging or pulling away
A run that dips or leans out from the house usually means failed hangers or soft fascia underneath.
Drips at seams and corners
Old sealant dries out and cracks over time. Steady drips at the joints are an early, inexpensive fix.
Peeling paint or stains under the eaves
Dark streaks, bubbling paint or rough fascia point to water getting behind the gutter. Catching it early saves wood replacement.
Puddles or erosion near the foundation
Washed-out soil, mulch pushed aside or water sitting along the slab after rain means downspouts are dumping too close to the house.
What Moves the Price of Gutters
Gutter cost comes down to how much you need, how hard it is to reach and what shape the wood behind it is in. We price each part separately in writing so nothing shows up later. Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval.
Total length of the system
The more feet of gutter your home needs, and the more times the roofline turns a corner, the more metal and hours the job takes.
Gutter size and downspouts
Six-inch gutters and larger downspouts cost more than standard sizes but may be needed on big or steep roof sections.
Height and access
Two-story walls, tight side yards and landscaping close to the house take more setup time.
Fascia condition
Rotted fascia has to be replaced before new gutters go up. We show you photos of any soft wood before it is added to the price.
Repair versus replacement
Resealing and rehanging a sound system costs far less than a new one. We recommend replacement only when the old gutters will not hold.
How a Gutter Job Goes
- 1
Inspection by phone appointment
We walk the roof edge and every gutter run, look at the fascia and note where water is going wrong. You get photos and a clear explanation.
- 2
Written estimate
You get a free written estimate that lists the gutter size, footage, downspouts and any fascia or drip edge work, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
- 3
Install or repair day
Most homes take a day or less. Our insured crew removes the old gutters, repairs the edge, then forms and hangs the new runs and tests the flow with water.
- 4
Cleanup and walkthrough
We haul away old metal, pick up screws and scraps, and show you how the water now drains before we leave.

Gutter Questions We Hear Often
Do I really need gutters if it doesn't rain much here?
Our dry months make it easy to forget them, but winter storms can drop a lot of water in a short time. Without gutters, that water falls right at the foundation and splashes onto walls. A working system keeps it moving away from your home.
Can you repair my gutters instead of replacing them?
Often, yes. Loose hangers, leaking seams and bad downspout placement are all repairable. If the metal is badly bent, rusted through or simply too small for the roof, we will explain why replacement makes more sense.
Should I get gutter guards?
They help most when trees drop leaves or needles onto the roof. If your roof is mostly clear, regular cleaning may be all you need. We will tell you honestly which fits your home.
Will you work with my insurance if a storm damaged my gutters?
Yes, we work directly with your insurance claim. We document the damage with photos and a written scope you can share with your adjuster, who makes the coverage decision.
Why does a roofer handle gutters?
Gutters attach at the roof edge, and most gutter problems start or end there. Our owner has 40 years of roofing experience, so we can spot when a drip edge, fascia or roof issue is the real cause and fix it at the same time.
