From Your First Call to an Inspection

The call itself is short and easy. Describe whatever caught your eye, maybe a brown spot on the ceiling, shingles in the yard after a windy night or a bedroom that holds the heat well into the evening. We may ask a question or two about the roof, then settle on a day that works for your free inspection. English or Spanish, use whichever feels more comfortable.

On the visit we walk the roof, check the flashing, vents and drainage, and look in the attic when we can, since trapped heat up there often shows on your cooling bill. Afterward you get a free written estimate that explains what we found and what we suggest. If insurance is involved, we work directly with your claim, and financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Good to Have Handy Before You Call

1. Your address and a couple of times that suit you for a visit.
2. How old you think the roof is and what covers it, whether that is tile, shingles or a flat surface.
3. Pictures of a ceiling stain, a drip or a loose shingle help a lot, as long as you snap them without climbing a ladder.
4. If you have already opened a claim with your insurer, keep that reference number close by.
